ROOM AND BOARD
FASA students and families are also able to stay on the beautiful campus of Lipscomb University. Students ages 14+ are eligible to stay in the Singles housing. Girls and boys occupy separate dormitories. Each student will be placed with a specific chaperone in a suite of rooms that will be filled with age-appropriate companions or a companion of their choice. Curfew is 10:00 PM and the strictest measures of safety are kept for the benefit of the students who attend.
All FASA students are required to read and sign the FASA and Lipscomb Honor Code.
Housing for families and individuals is available on Lipscomb University Campus. Families are also free to board in local hotels.
Student Housing: Separate boys and girls dorms for students 14+. Students share a room and are overseen by dorm chaperones during their stay at FASA.
Student Housing: $455 - 13 nights @ $35 per night
Family Housing: Co-ed housing arranged in suites.
Family housing is configured by suites. Each suite contains 4 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each and a living area and bathroom containing 2 toilets and 2 showers. A family can purchase however many bedrooms they need. If not all 4 bedrooms are purchased, the family will be sharing the living space and bathroom with other families.
1 Bedroom (two twin beds, shared living space and bathroom): $60 a night.
Housing for Week 1 Younger Division is 9 nights.
Housing for full term Upper Division is 13 nights.
Meal Cards are available for students and their families to eat at Lipscomb's Bison Cafeteria. Individual meals may be purchased by card or cash. A full buffet of delicious hot and cold meal options are available. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available as well.
Students living without family on campus are required to purchase a 2 or 3 meal a day plan.

*All meal plans include dinner day of arrival and two meals on the day of the Opry House performance.
Any cancellations before June 1 will be refunded in full. Any cancellations after June 1 will not be refunded unless in the situation of family emergency.

Financial Aid is awarded based upon the financial need of the student and the availability of space within tracks.
1. One page essay by student describing their artistic goals and reasons for attending FASA.
2. Parents or other financial responsible party must write a description of their financial situation and why they are applying for financial aid.
3. 2 letters of recommendation: 1 letter from music or artistic instructor and 1 letter from a pastor or spiritual mentor.
4. 3-5 minute DVD of student playing/performing in their given track of study.
