AGE ELIGIBILITY:

5th grade - rising college sophomores.

SKILL LEVEL:

At least 1 year of experience in your given field of study.

TRACKS OF STUDY:

FASA is offered in tracks of specialized study. Students choose one specific area of study, though specific tracks require students to participate in a secondary track as well.

TAILORED STUDY:

Though students are required to focus upon one given track of study, we do our utmost to tailor your child's experience to their unique talents. Below are examples of ways in which your child's experience might be tailored to them.

Student 1 is registered in the violin track, but is taking additional private lessons in voice.

Student 2 is registered in the commercial piano track, as their primary, and choir for their secondary, but in addition they are taking private flute lessons.

PLACEMENT AND CASTING:

In order for us to maximize each student's experience at FASA, it is vital that we get to know them! Below is the process we require for all students.

1. Video: Every student who registers must prepare a short (2-4 min.) video of themselves in their particular field of study. If the student is participating in multiple fields please include snippets of each.  If the student is interested in performing a vocal solo, please include a solo vocal audition in the DVD.
